To ensure the health and safety of attendees, the in-person GLIIFCA 2020 has been cancelled.  A Virtual GLIIFCA will be held Thursday September 17, 2020 from 1-5pm EST (GMT-4) and more details will be coming soon.  If you are interested in sponsoring Virtual GLIIFCA, please email

Please pick up your name badge and meeting materials at the GLIIFCA registration table on Friday.  Your meeting registration entitles you to all “meals” and beverage tickets (use for beer and wine) are included with your name badge.

This year, the exhibit/poster area will be in Salons A-E. Skirted tables and chairs will be provided. If you require extension cords or surge protectors, please bring them with you as the hotel will charge for providing this equipment.  Salons A-E will be available for set up Friday, September 27 at 10am. Tables will be assigned for those exhibitors requesting 20amp service.  The remainder of the table locations will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. We encourage you to keep the displays up until after the break Sunday morning Sept. 29 (approx. 11:30 AM); however, we understand that some exhibitors may need to breakdown earlier.  Breakdown time is until 2:30pm on Sunday, September 29.

The convention center will start accepting packages 10 days prior to the meeting (September 27). When shipping your materials, please be sure to address your packages with the information below:

The hotel has space for storing crates. There is a loading dock in back of the hotel, but no forklift.

Return Shipments need to be completely packaged with a valid shipping label paid for by the customer (FedEx or UPS) and ready for pick up. All outgoing packages will need to be taken to the front desk. The hotel will hold outgoing packages at the front desk to be given to the appropriate company during their normal pick up times (Mon-Fri).
