When you register for the conference, you will be asked if you would like to participate in the Thursday demos. Those registered to attend will be split into small groups. These groups will be assigned specific time blocks on each instrument, so that every person will be able to see every instrument.
Those needing additional time with a particular instrument are encouraged to schedule additional time with the vendor throughout the conference.
Group Schedule - Thursday Sept. 12th
Each attendee will be assigned to a group – you will find your group number on your name badge available at the registration desk. Follow the schedule below during the day to experience all of the instrument demonstrations.
Schedule Friday Sept. 13th
Do you want more time on the instruments? Perfect! The instruments will be available for demonstration on Friday. Reach out to the exhibitors to schedule an in-depth demonstration.
Demo Samples Available
Samples will be provided to run on the instruments available for demonstration. We want to thank the generous contribution of BioLegend and Spherotech in providing an array of cells and QC particles. Due to biosafety concerns, outside samples are simply not allowed during the demonstrations.
